Since the laptop works when connected to an external monitor, this means the source of the problem is the LCD itself or the flat ribbon cable connecting to the screen, if not both. You can bring the laptop to a repair center to diagnose the problem directly or you can purchase a new screen from us and hope this resolves the problem.
